Although I miss you, yes, I do.

But I will not cry because I know you’re in a better place.

Where there’s no more pain or suffering.

Because now you’re free. YOU’RE FREE!

You left your footprints of amazing gifts.

When you walked into a room, your light would glow.

Like a firefly on a midnight row.

People listened close, to hear your name.

That’s why I miss you, yes, I do.

But I won’t cry because I know you’re in a better place.

Where there’s no more pain or suffering.

You're gone to a place that we cannot be with you. You’ve earned your entry to be with God in heaven. I love you, my friend. Don’t worry about us that are left behind. We have your memories in our hearts & minds. Simple things like, how you use to always tell me That there was no competition, The way that you extended your talents & gifts to me where I would prosper. There was no jealousy, no envy. No none of that, Just Love.  The way that only you could love.
